Store Policies

Every item is printed to order. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days, then shipping usually takes 3 to 8 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

We currently ship to US addresses only. Shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.

You will get tracking by email once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or wrong size. Please check the size info before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email mndwrx@agentmail.to within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a refund.

Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the buyer’s cost.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production starts, usually within a few hours of purchase.

Drops are limited and first come, first served. No holds, no preorders. An item is only reserved once payment is complete. If an item oversells, we will refund the extra orders in full.

Colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed product.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout.

When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, and order details. We use them only to process, ship, and support your order.

We share this information only with the services needed to complete your order: our payment processor (Stripe) and our print and fulfillment partner, which prints and ships your item. We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use advertising trackers on this site. Our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (like IP address and browser type) for security.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing mndwrx@agentmail.to. We may keep what the law requires us to keep.

We keep order records and receipts (name, address, items, amount paid, and date) for up to 7 years for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, then delete them.

Card details are held by Stripe under its own security standards, not by us.

By placing an order, you agree to these policies. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock limits, and will refund you in full if we do.

All designs, artwork, and the MNDWRX name and logo belong to MNDWRX. Buying a product does not give you any rights to copy, resell as your own, or reproduce the designs.

Products are provided as described. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA. We may update them at any time, and the version posted when you order applies to that order.
